MediaWorks DX is the user interface and replay software within NexLog DX-Series recording systems. It provides secure, browser-based access for instant playback and incident reconstruction. Accessible on PCs, tablets, and mobile devices, MediaWorks DX simplifies record management operations with:

Eventide’s NexLog DX public safety logger has been designed to support recording Next Generation 911 (NG911) IP-based and cloud-hosted 911 requests for assistance using the SIPREC active IP media recording method. Eventide’s engineering team has actively participated in all relevant Next Gen IP-based 911 interoperability testing events and all active cloud-hosted 911 call handling vendors.

NexLog DX Recorders provide reliable recording of Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex audio, from calls, meetings, and conference calls.

Teams Recording includes advanced security features, and calls are stored either in the cloud or on customer-owned premise equipment. Recorded Teams calls are stored along with other vital recorded content. Teams audio can be recorded from any Teams client or certified devices, including Teams Phones, softphones, and mobile phones.

The Webex Recording integration uses the Cisco Webex Recording API to access and ingest recordings and metadata. Recorded calls and meetings, together with their associated metadata, are ingested on the Eventide Communications product platform, and become available as soon as Webex Calling and Webex Meetings make the recordings available to the recorder.

All recorded data sources can be searched, retrieved, played, and exported for complete incident reconstruction and situational awareness.
