Cartel was awarded the contract by the City of Surrey to upgrade the E-Comm Public Safety Network In-Building systems from 800 MHz to 700 MHz, in 110 commercial and high-density residential locations in Surrey, BC.
At the request of a Canadian Class 1 Rail Company, Cartel has delivered TASC Systems solutions to four pilot sites so they can evaluate the technology as a replacement for their aging MOSCAD system.

Dedicated to the long process, and in collaboration with the consulting engineering community, we put together a design concept for a complete wireless communications strategy. Cartel delivered the hardware, commissioning, and supervised installations services for CHUM.
